Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a partial or full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must alert us to your damaged or missing product within 24 hours. If your product is damaged, please send us photos.
Perishable goods such flowers cannot be returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- In the instance of less than 10% flowers being damaged.
- In the instance of flowers carrying markings that naturally occur in the field ie. rain bruises – we ask you to embrace these as it is the mark of a flower grown outside with love and care, but if you feel it’s had a negative affect on vase life please let us know.
Once your photos are received and inspected we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
